Meet the Team

Mike and Maureen are the founders and executive directors of CJMI, Inc. Mike grew up on the mission field in Malay, his family was the first missionaries to reach the Ati tribe. Mike is still fluent in the local language and holds a place of love and respect among the community. The Alianza family is passionate about helping people understand Jesus' love for them. They have been blessed with rich gifts of pastoral care including compassion and discernment. Mike and Maureen are asking God for the means to transition back to full-time focus on the work in Malay. ​
